The Springfield Urban-Warrior Challenge starts at Missouri State University April 7 at 7 a.m. The event will benefit the MSU Army ROTC Bear Battalion and the Wounded Warrior Project.
The Springfield Urban-Warrior Challenge (S.U.C.) is a 12.4K timed obstacle race designed by the Missouri State University (MSU) Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC). Participants will run through the heart of the city and around iconic landmarks - challenging endurance, speed and agility.
Participants can register as an individual or with a team. Discounts are given for active or retired military, MSU students and police and firefighters. The last day to register online (at www.embracethesuc.com) is Friday, April 5.(Source: sgfsportsco)
