Feed Your Face: The Tower Club

When searching for a good place to have business meetings combined with lunch, remember The Tower Club.

I had a meeting with ten people last week and was able to use the Sunset Room at the Tower Club on the 21^st Floor. The view from high above in Springfield’s tallest building is always lovely as it changes with each season. The Tower Club view is especially important when showcasing Springfield to event planners as it provides an inexpensive aerial view of downtown, the Expo Center, Hammons Field, MSU, Drury, OTC and more. 

White table cloths, china and first-class service are valuable when wanting to impress your guests.

The daily specials are delicious but the cashew chicken salad offers that unique flavor of the ever-so-popular cashew chicken. The cashews on the salad are plentiful too. 

Just as I finished my meal the server offers carrot cake which is pure heaven.  But the best part of having a meal at The Tower Club is enjoying the Douwe Egberts brand coffee. Now if I just purchase the coffee for home my mornings would be even better.
